Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Garnacha Blanca from Montsant DO in Spain. From the village of Marca, the vineyards are planted on three terraces with granitic soils. These are terraces lying 450 metres above sea level and greatly influenced by the wind
Taste Profile: Sculpted with fragrant bouquets of white fruit and herbaceous undertones, cradled by a robust granitic essence. On the palate, it is crisp, profound, and exudes sophistication. This wine displays a vibrant acidity, a delightful texture, and an overwhelming mineral opulence.
Winemaking Process: Following selection and destemming, the Josep Grau Granit grapes are gently pressed for about 7 hours. The must obtained is placed in 2.500-litre Austrian oak foudres. There it firstly ferments spontaneously with native yeasts and then rests for 8 months. It is finally bottled, adding only the minimum amount of sulphur

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
