Winemaking process: Crystallum Wines The Agnes Chardonnay 2022 is made using traditional winemaking techniques that highlight the natural beauty of the Chardonnay grape. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, and the juice is fermented in French oak barrels, with a small portion undergoing malolactic fermentation for added complexity. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, a combination of new and older barrels, for a period of time to impart depth and character, followed by further aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and vibrancy of the fruit

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
