Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Blaufrankisch from Burgenland, Austria. It comes from an old, densely planted single-pole vineyard
This is Claus Preisinger's attempt to make Blaufränkisch as light as possible whilst still being complex, inspired by his love for Jura Poulsard.
Taste Profile: Its light colour, fresh profile, and fruity nose might remind you of a light Gamay or Pinot Noir – in the best way possible.
A bright, delicate, and finely structured wine. On the palate, it’s soft and inviting, with tempting notes of raspberry and rose hip, balanced by gentle tannins and a lovely acidity.
Winemaking Process: Short skin maceration of 3 days. Carbonic maceration, maturation in large old wooden barrels. Unfiltered, without addition of sulphites .

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
