Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet France from North Lebanon

Taste Profile: AURORA Rosé is incredibly aromatic with an elegant bouquet of ripe strawberries and wildflowers. The palate is velvety and supple with dominant notes of raspberries and cream, ending with a long and delicate finish.

Winemaking Process: A small batch wine, it's received cool at the winery, gently pressed and fermented in chilled stainless steel tanks to for optimal fruit expression and freshness.

Crisp & Dry Rosé

Provence rose is going to be the classic representation of this wine style. Usually, these roses emit a salmon pink hue, and Cinsault is a common grape varietal to make these wines, but Syrah & Pinot noir are other rising varietals to produce wines in a similar style
Characterised by dry pink berry & grapefruit notes, with crisp acidity & minerality
