Taste Profile: Aurora Pinot Noir is pale ruby red. The nose reveals typical Pinot berries and fresh red fruit with soft herbs and tannins due to the youth of its vines. Relatively light-bodied with an enjoyable smooth texture and long-lasting earthy finish

Winemaking Process: 4 months in French oak barrels
