Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of Gruner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from Burgenland, Austria. 18-year-old vines planted to a mixture of sandy, loamy and chalky soils
Taste Profile: Delicate pink in color, the wine is filled with light notes of graphite, strawberry, grapefruit, green foliage, nettle, rhubarb and lemon balm. The taste of wine is lively, with a slightly melting texture, delicate fresh acidity, notes of raspberry and grapefruit zest, minimalistic animal nuances
Winemaking Process: All were hand-harvested in early September, vineyard sorted and de-stemmed before spontaneous fermentation begins and lasting 2-3 weeks, with temperature control. Aged for 8 months on the lees in stainless steel. Unfined and lightly filtered

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
