Taste Profile: This is an orange, natural wine from the Basket Range and it's a bunch of fun to drink. The wine is slightly cloudy golden colour. A perfumed richness of Turkish delight served in a dank cave with beeswax candles flickering gently and enchanting games of chess being played by ‘the in crowd’, lucid fluidity coats and a harmonic rhythm on your tongue
Winemaking Process: It's a wild wine made from free-run juice pressed from whole bunches. The juice ferments inside old oak barrels where plenty of oxygen is allowed contact with the juice.
Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
Expect notes of peach, apricot, pineapples, melon & a buttery texture
WINES FROM UNIQUE REGIONS & BOUTIQUE WINERIES
Founded in 2019, we were bored with the typical Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Amarone & Moscato offerings at most bars & restaurants, and were inspired to dive deeper into the wine world!
