Chenin Blanc Dynamic Blend — disco in a bottle from the grandson of two Margaret River wine dynasties.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chenin Blanc from the Yallingup vineyard in Margaret River, Western Australia — a certified organic and biodynamic site, one of the first in the region to earn Demeter certification. The north-facing vineyard sits on gravelly loam with a creek running through the middle, left unpruned and untrellised for years, with pigs, geese, guineafowl and cattle roaming free between the rows and no herbicides, pesticides or cultivation used.
Taste Profile: Clear pale straw colour, with complex aromas of fresh pear, honeysuckle and a hint of citrus. Full-bodied and almost creamy on the palate, with pink grapefruit and pear up front, bright passionfruit, fresh lime and pavlova flavours following, closing in a lingering lemon meringue finish.
Winemaking Process: Hand-picked and sorted fruit is chilled overnight, then cold-soaked and basket-pressed as whole bunches, very gently, over a few hours. The juice settles naturally before fermentation and ages for 10 months in old French barriques and clay amphora, with no malolactic fermentation and fortnightly lees stirring for added creaminess. No fining, with a light filtration before bottling.
Winemaker: L.A.S. Vino — "Luck, Art, Science" — is the label of Nic Peterkin, grandson of Cullen Wines' Diana and Kevin Cullen and son of Pierro's Mike Peterkin. After an oenology degree in Adelaide and years travelling the world as a flying winemaker, Peterkin returned to Margaret River in 2013 determined, in his words, to be "the best at being different" — hunting out uncommon grapes and unconventional sites the rest of the region overlooks.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
