Grapes from several vineyards, stacked into one tank as each parcel comes ready.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cinsault from carefully selected old-vine vineyards in Chile's Maule Valley.
Taste Profile: Dark plums, wet earth and cedar, bright and sappy with redcurrant and orange zest, and stony, mouth-watering acidity. Medium-bodied, with a round, generous palate of red cherries and juicy tannins.
Winemaking Process: Fruit from more than one parcel or vineyard site is co-fermented in a single ferment: as each vineyard's fruit becomes ready, it's simply stacked into the tank on top of what's already fermenting, rather than all going in at once.
Winemaker: Garage Wine Co. began in 2001 as a literal garage project by Canadian Derek Mossman Knapp, his wife Pilar Miranda and friend Dr. Álvaro Peña. The trio work with small growers across Chile's Maule and Itata valleys to revive dry-farmed, pre-phylloxera old vines, producing small-parcel field blends of Carignan, Garnacha, Monastrell, País, Cinsault and Cabernet Franc. Miranda has received a lifetime achievement award from Chile's agronomist-oenologist association for her work reviving old vines with small growers.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
