Domaine Mas del Perié Fabien Jouves VDF Nectar des Dieux 2021
Grape Varietals & Region: A unique blend of Malbec, Muscat of Hamburg, Cinsault, Grenache Noire from Cahors, France. The fruit comes from vineyards planted in the 1990s on clayey-limestone hillsides
Taste Profile: The color is garnet with translucent purple hue. Quite discreet nose, candied red fruits, spices and slightly creamy. The palate is round and ample with very expressive fruit. Very little tannins for whole bunch maceration. The finish is subtly and deliciously biting, with crunchy and tangy persistence of fresh raspberries, morello cherries and spices.
Winemaking Process: The fruit undergoes natural vinification, with whole bunch maceration for 7 days in concrete vats. The wine is then aged in a mix of concrete vats & barrels for 6 months

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
