Grape Varietals & Region: A traditional Valpolicella blend of 40% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, and 30% Corvinone from Veneto, Italy
Grapes are sourced from hilly vineyards in the municipalities of Negrar, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano, and Marano, featuring calcareous, mixed-texture soils
Taste Profile: Elegant and spicy aromas with notes of dark cherry, blackberry, and subtle hints of leather, earth, and black pepper. Enchanting and harmonious with a velvety texture. It features flavors of ripe red and black fruits, chocolate, and dried herbs, supported by a lingering finish
Winemaking Process: Crafted using the ancient "Ripasso" technique, where the Valpolicella wine is refermented on the skins of Amarone and Recioto grapes. This "double fermentation" adds significant body and character

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
