Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Shiraz from Polkobin in Hunter Valley, Australia
Taste Profile: The Shiraz aromas and flavours are easily noticeable when smelling and tasting the wine, with lovely red fruits. While there has only been a small amount of skin contact with the wine, it has a medium body and a silky mouthfeel, making it a very pleasant wine to drink. There may be a little bit of spritz after opening the bottle, but that will soon dissipate, leaving a truly delicious wine
Winemaking Process: Fermented by indigenous yeasts, without the use of any additions or preservatives. It has been bottled without fining agents or unnecessary stabilisations to convey the full flavours of the Hunter Valley and may show traces of natural sediment
