Bodegas y Vinedos Ponce Ponce Blanco 2022
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Albillo from Manchuela in Castilla La Mancha, Spain. The fruit covers from vines that are over 50 years old, grown on calcareous, granitic & clay-calcareous soils in a mediterranean climate with continental influences.
Taste Profile: Ponce Blanco is a very bright, golden-coloured white with greenish reflections. The nose is not very intense, with hints of white flowers and fruity notes. The palate is light, with volume and a very marked acidity. Balanced finish.
Winemaking Process: It fermented in 600-liter barrels and 1,000-liter foudres, where it matured with lees for seven months
