Tiwari "Unwritten Poem" Olaszrizling Pet Nat Brut Nature 2020
A vegan, minimal-intervention Pet Nat grown on the volcanic slopes overlooking Lake Balaton.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Olaszrizling (Welschriesling), grown on volcanic soils in Badacsony, Hungary.
Taste Profile: Straw-yellow in colour with feather-light bubbles. Gentle aromas of white flowers like acacia and wild herbs, lemon zest, dill, ripe pears and earthy notes of stone and salt. Bone dry, light and smooth on the palate, with low alcohol.
Winemaking Process: Made using the Pétillant Naturel method, with fermentation completed in bottle to capture the wine's natural sparkle without dosage or added sulphur, in keeping with Tiwari's minimal-intervention philosophy.
Winemaker: Tiwari House is a natural wine estate in Nemesgulács, on the northern volcanic slopes of Lake Balaton in Hungary's Badacsony region. The estate produces organic, vegan and natural wines with a focus on minimal intervention, working with regional varieties like Olaszrizling grown on the volcanic hills that give this Pet Nat its distinctive stony, saline edge.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
