Description

XXVI Talhas Mestre Daniel Tinto 2022

Grape Varietals & Region:A blend of Trincadeira, Aragonez, Tinta Grossa, and others from Alentejo, Portugal

Taste Profile: Mestra Daniel Tinto is intense. A real mix dark and red berry fruit, intense wild flavour and warming fleshiness. Herbaceous an herby, some whole-bunch sappiness. The palate is a delight, with beautiful balance and purity of flavour. Complex and long

Winemaking Process: Almost total destemming and slight crushing. Fermented with maceration and contact with the masses for six months in clay pots, without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts. The filtration only occurs throught the passage of the liquid trougth the masses present in the Talha.
