Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes, from Fruli, Italy

Taste Profile: Bright orange coppery yellow. Complex and intense with hints of apple, fig, dried fruit and a pleasant ethereal shade. Elegant and intense, fruity and mineral

Winemaking Process: Natural Fermentation. Maceration in Oak vats for 2/4 months. Maturation in 25/35 hl casks for 3 years. Bottle ageing for about 2 years, no added sulphur.

Dry & Yeasty Whites
