From Unkel Wines' "fun Uncle" series, they strive to make cruisy, fun & slightly wild wines, making minimal interventionist wines that work with Mother Nature, rather than being the overbearing parents of their grapes

Grape Varietals: Blend of Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling from Nelson, New Zealand

Taste Profile: A medium bodied, aromatic white. Floral notes with green apple, pear and a hint of honeysuckle. Slightly oily in mouth-feel with a bright line of acidity cleaning the palate and keeping it fresh.

Winemaking Process: Directly pressed & aged in a mixture of old puncheons & stainless steel
