ErDELuftGRAsundreBEN range is Claus Preisinger's premium range (earth, air, grass and vines) and are wines which will age well and are taken from distinct plots - this zero/zero wine is taken from the Edelgrund plot
Taste Profile: A terroir expressive wine with some skin contact. Light reduction with enough acidity as backbone. Good juicy and mineral wine, almost dashing, hints of tropical fruit, with nuances of lemon and a slightly smoky, spicy aftertaste
Winemaking Process: Spontaneous fermentation, malolactic fermentation. 80% of the grapes semi-maceration under carbon dioxide for 5 days in amphora without stalks. 20% of the grapes carbonic maceration for 5 days in amphora with stalks. Maturation in amphora for 7 months and then 4 months in wooden barrels of 1200L

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
