Grounded Wine Co. Cabernet Sauvignon California 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Petite Sirah. Grapes for Grounded Wine Co. California Cabernet Sauvignon are grown in a very select group of premium vineyards in Paso Robles and the interior valleys of California’s North and Central coasts.

Taste Profile: Red garnet in colour, with a youthful purple hue, our 2020 Grounded Wine Co. California Cabernet Sauvignon leads with heady aromas of black cherry, cassis and licorice. On the palate, the wine shows ripe blackberry, dusty cocoa and sweet oak that complement the silky texture of this classic Cabernet throughout its long, aromatic finish.

Winemaking Process: Coordination between winery and vineyard teams allowed us to harvest, sort and process optimally ripe fruit under ideal conditions. Winemaking, oak aging and blending were carefully monitored at each step to enhance the wine’s natural identity.
