The vineyard averages about 90 years old, including some that are pre-phylioxera, from Villanueva de Campeán and Cabañas de Sayago, within the scope of the D.O. Tierra del Vino
Previously owned by various owners who each planted field blends according to their own expressions, the vineyards are now owned by the winery and blended together
Taste Profile: Driven by white flowers, citrus and mineral tones, it's rounded on the palate without a strong oak influence on the aromas
Winemaking Process: Ageing is exclusively carried out in French oak barrels from different cooperages
