Its origins were truly dangerous: the first time he tried to make sparkling wine in 2012, I bottled it with too much residual sugar and his warehouse became a military zone, with bottles randomly exploding here and there. 5000 of them. It took him a bit of time to digest the fact that all this wine and work had gone down the drain, but he eventually got over it and tried again
Grape Varietals & Region: A field blend of Neuburger, Muller-Thurgau & Muscat form Moravia, Czech Republic
Taste Profile: The label doesn’t lie, this is truly electric and dangerously drinkable. The perfect marriage of Neuburger’s depth, Muscat’s aromatics and Muller’s lemony acidity and chuggability. Addictive sparkler that’s great on its own, or works beautifully with Asian dishes.
Winemaking Process: The wine undergoes a spontaneous primary fermentation, and re-fermented by addition of grape must right before bottling

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
