Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Cortese & Muscat from Piedmonte, Italy. The fruit comes from 50 year old vineyards grown on clayey calcareous soils
Taste Profile: Typical Moscato nose, aroma of white flowers and ripe fruit, great freshness and flavor. Frank and fresh
Winemaking Process: Short maceration on the skins and pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel containers, bottling before the end of the same and second fermentation. No disgorgement.
Light, citrus driven & fun, a lot of these sparklings tend to have floral or tree fruit aromas like green apples. In more crisp styles, they are often more floral or citrus driven, and can be slightly sweet in more apple or pear driven fizzante styles
