Description

Arianna Occhipinti SP68 Bianco 2021

Named after the road Strada Provinciale 68, that leads to the vineyards. Cool and pleasant, with a delicate taste that it brings the flavour of the sun and the freshness of this land.

Grape Varietals & Region: 60% Muscat of Alexandria, 40% Albanella from Sicily, Italy.

Taste Profile: A fresh breeze of pale white flower petals and aromatic pink grapefruit, bitter yet sweet. Succumb that juicy lychee, fresh herbs and spices. A heavy nose which delivers a delicate flavour on the palate. It may be slightly dry on the finish due to a longer than usual maceration period.

Winemaking Process: 2 weeks maceration with skin contact, and aged in concrete tanks for 8 months and finally bottled unfiltered
