Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Marsanne & Roussanne from the Saint Joseph appellation of Rhone Valley, France

Taste Profile: Julien strives to produce white wines with flesh but with maximum freshness too. The wine displays a creamy nose with some acacia flower, verbena, melon, anise and peach. Elegant, it shows around feel but with a long, pure finish. Like all his whites, this wine is fresh, harmonious and balanced

Winemaking Process: Aged in oak barrels, of which 15% new.

Lush & Tropical Whites

Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.

Expect notes of peach, apricot, pineapples, melon & a buttery texture
