Brick red colour. Opens with complex aromas of forest fruits, cranberries and dried plums before revealing delicate sweet nuances of vanilla. The full palate is refined with a deepness and smoothness that ensures a long lasting aftertaste.

The fruit is grown in estate vineyards close to the Black Sea in Moldova.
Careful hand harvesting and selection of the fruit. Produced using traditional methods, ageing for 18 months in French oak barrique.
Powerful modern reds with the ability to age. They tend to be very intense, with ripe fruit, firm tannins & drinkability either young or cellared.
They often have notes of forest floor, blackcurrant, mint & eucalyptus
MLF is a process that results in reduction in acidity & the production of buttery texture & taste profile, often applied to more bodied styles of red & white wines
While not all creamy whites or rich fruity reds undergo MLF, and can adopt similar profiles from barrel ageing,
