Anatolikos Vineyards Pet Nat Assyrtiko-Malagousia 2023
A Thracian Pet Nat grown 3km from the sea, on sandy soils cooled by constant Mediterranean wind.
Grape Varietals & Region: Assyrtiko and 40% Malagousia, from the Anatolikos organic vineyard on the dry hills of Avdira, Thrace, Greece, at 50–70 metres altitude. Roughly 3km from the Thracian Sea, the sandy soils sit over a stony subsoil under continuous cool Mediterranean winds.
Taste Profile: A cloudy pale gold colour with persistent fizz. The nose is floral with hints of stone fruit and brioche; the dry, mineral-driven palate has a juicy acidity alongside white nectarine and peach flavours, closing with hints of spice, herbs and chalk.
Winemaking Process: Hand harvested at the end of August, with prefermentative cryoextraction at low temperature and fermentation with native yeasts in amphora for 30 days. Fermentation continues in the bottle, with no filtering or treatment before release.
Winemaker: Anatolikos Vineyards farms its estate organically on the dry, wind-swept hills of Avdira in Thrace, close to the Aegean coast, focusing on indigenous and well-adapted Greek varieties expressed with minimal intervention.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
