Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Grillo from Sicily, Italy. The fruit is planted on partley clayey soils
Taste Profile: This wine captures the essence of the Mediterranean with precision and natural balance. In the glass, it shines pale straw yellow with greenish hints. The nose is bright and aromatic, offering citrus, white flowers, green apple, and a touch of sage. On the palate, it's fresh and well-structured, with juicy fruit and a mineral-driven, clean finish
Winemaking Process: After the harvest and a careful selection of the bunches, the grapes are softly pressed and fermented in steel silos where they remain on the lees for three months.

Same Day Delivery is possible for orders between Tuesday - Sunday, and is conditional on whether we have the wines available at our storefront. Look out for products listed here

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
