A Rioja Reserva made in collaboration with Cuba's most storied cigar house.
Grape Varietals & Region: 80% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 7% Mazuelo and 3% Viura from 60-year-old vines grown on clayey-calcareous soils across Rioja Alta.
Taste Profile: Clean, intense ruby red with real shine. A complex, aromatic nose of black fruit, vanilla, chocolate and mineral notes from the terroir. Well-structured, fresh, long, tasty and unctuous on the palate — excellence in the mouth, with fruit and wood beautifully assembled.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvested and fully destemmed, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 18 months in French oak barrels and a further 18 months' ageing in bottle.
Winemaker: Marqués de Tomares is a centenarian Rioja house with a family history in grape-growing dating back to 1886, founded by Don Román Montaña in 1910 and still run today by his grandchildren across nearly 106 hectares of Rioja Alta vineyard. Cohiba Atmosphere grew from an unlikely pairing of two worlds — fine wine and fine cigars — that share more than they first appear: careful selection of raw material, a double fermentation and ageing process, and patient monitoring to let the product reach its full potential. True to both the history of Cohiba and the winemaking tradition of Marqués de Tomares, the Cohiba Atmosphere wines are made for connoisseurs and collectors.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
