Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chenin Blanc from Vouvray in the Loire Valley, France. Coming from the lieu-dit Les Perruches, the vines are planted in the 1980s on red clay soils.
Taste Profile: Intense aromatics of dried citrus fruits on the nose, with a finely grained mineral substance, and plenty of crushed flint and gunpowder minerality. It feels a touch reductive, a characteristic which shapes the nose at the moment. The palate shows a charming sinew and a polished substance, with fresh and vibrant acidity
Winemaking Process: The fruit is whole-bunch pressed and wild-yeast fermented in fibreglass tank to virtual dryness, followed by seven months maturation in tank on fine lees

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
