Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay from Styria, Austria
The wine is named after a song by Aubell's favorite band, AC/DC
Taste Profile: Ripe apples, apricots, Darjeeling tea, cinnamon, and various spices. A thick-bodied mouthfeel with notes of stone fruit compote and a brandy-like complexity. Firm acidity and grippy, firm tannins that reflect the long skin-contact time
Winemaking Process: 12 months of skin contact (maceration) in whole bunches. Aged for at least 24 months in a combination of stainless steel tanks and old barrels.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
