Taste Profile: This wine offers fresh, lush, white grapefruit, guava and white peach on the nose. The palate is lively, offering Meyer lemon cream, white nectarine, graham cracker and dried herbs that glide into acacia honey, mineral and a dry finish
Winemaking Process: Fermented in small French oak barrels while the remaining lot was left in stainless steel tanks
Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
