Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from various vineyards in the Sonoma Coast appelation in California, USA. The vines planted are Burgundy clones.

Taste Profile: Expressive on the nose with aromas of lemon, fresh earth, and white flowers. Bright on the palate with flavors of powdered sugar, candied citrus, and pineapple cake, this wine has an extremely balanced finish

Winemaking Process: The wine is 100% barrel fermented with wild yeast, resting in 50% new French oak for 10 months before bottling

Buttery & Honeyed Whites

Full-bodied fruit and spice, often with the ability to age. This style usually relies on new oak to impart vanilla driven characteristics. Malolactic fermentation & on lees ageing also contributes to the texture
