Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Burgundy, France. Sitting on the heights of the Montrachet hill, the premier cru "En Remilly" terroir has a predominantly limestone soil with a sprinkling of pebbles.

Taste Profile: Golden yellow color with brilliant highlights. Superb nose of flowers and white fruit, with hints of cream and vanilla. Beautifully structured and elegant on the palate, with a hint of oak to support the wine. Serve with fish or poultry in sauce

Winemaking Process: Hand-picked grapes only, in crates of up to 30 kg. The whole bunches are pressed in a pneumatic press. The grape juice is then cold-settled before being gravity-filled within 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely in barrels, using indigenous yeasts. The wine ages in French oak for 10 months, of which 20% are new, undergoing regular stirring of the lees
