Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from the Prouilly commune of Vallee de la Marne in Champagne, France. The fruit comes from Massif de Saint-Thierry and Valée de la Vesle, where the vines are planted on silty limestone
Taste Profile: Light straw yellow with gold-green highlights. Fragrant with outstanding notes of citrus and a smokey minerality. Citrus and white orchard fruit, with a fresh, delicate mouthfeel.
