Donnafugata x Dolce Gabbana Isolano Etna Bianco 2021

"Isolano" is the result of a collaboration between Dolce & Gabbana and Donnafugata, two excellence of Made in Italy united, among other things, by unconditional love for Sicily. It was born in Eastern Sicily, on the north side of Etna; Here the screw is raised with the traditional system of the Etna alberello or a counter -pelliera, on terraces contained by dry stone stone walls. Armored in steel for 9 months, "island" is a white that knows how to stand out; He then contributes to making him peculiar also the same image on the label, conceived by Dolce & Gabbana. The colors of Sicily are enhanced in the graphics and the cunning: the motifs and geometric shapes are typical of the Sicilian cart, in which red, green, blue and yellow dominate. At the center, then, there is the steaming, imposing and lonely Etna.

Straw yellow with golden reflections; The nose stands out of hints of yellow fruits and citrus fruits, followed by notes of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is enveloping and of extraordinary minerality.

Perfect in combination with crustaceans, it also goes well with the first vegetarian first courses, fish and white meats.
