Grape Varietals & Region: A Merlot dominant blend with Syrah, Petit Verdot & Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit comes from the Thracian Valley in Bulgaria
Taste Profile: Deep garnet colour. Plenty of aromas dominated by plum, black cherry, blueberry, violet, nuts, chocolate are found at first. The taste is dense, round and harmonious. Full body and softness in the mouth show unique balance owing to fruits maturity and oak impact. The after-taste is complex and very long.
Winemaking Process: The fruit is manually harvested, and are destemmed before maceration in concrete tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, and ages for 18 months in French oak, of which 30% is new.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
