Anatolikos Vineyards Pet Nat Assyrtiko-Malagousia 2023
Grape Varietals & Region: Assyrtiko and 40% Malagousia. The fruit comes from the Anatolikos organic vineyard located on the dry hills of Avdira city at an altitude of 50–70 meters. Approximately 3 km away from the Thrace Sea, the terrain has sandy soils with stony subsoil and continuous cool Mediterranean winds.
Taste Profile: Anatolikos Pet Nat Assyrtiko-Malagousia appears in a cloudy pale gold colour and with persistent fizz. The nose is floral with hints of stone fruit and brioche. The dry and mineral driven palate has a juicy acidity to accompany its white nectarine and peach flavours. Closes with hints of spices, herbs and chalk on the finish.
Winemaking Process: Harvesting the fruit by hand at the end of August. Prefermentative cryoextraction at low temperature and fermentation with native yeasts in an amphora for 30 days. Fermentation continues in the bottle. No filtering or treatment before bottling.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
