Lanzerac Pinotage Rose 2023
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinotage from Stellenbosch, South Africa. It comes from a block planted in 2015 in Jonkershoek Valley
Taste Profile: Gentle aromatic notes of perfume and rose petals, redcurrants and crushed strawberries. It has a slight sweetness to it that makes it perfect for easy sipping during the warm summer months
Enjoy this dry Pinotage Rosé on lazy summer days with a frozen strawberry pavé with a fresh fruit coulis, a prawn, mango and avocado salad or with refreshing watermelon, feta and blackberry skewers.
Winemaking Process: The fruit was destemmed, and a light 2-3 hour skin extraction before the juice was left to settle. The clear juice was drawn off the lees and inoculated with a specific commercial yeast strain. Fermentation was controlled at around 14˚ Celsius and took around 10 days to complete

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
