This 73% dark chocolate made with a blend of cacao from Ecuador & the Philippines is a flavour with natural sweetness from organic sun-dried white mulberries. This higlights the nuttiness of the chocolate, while the chewiness of the mulberry lends a textural contrast. A sophisticated choclate to be slowly enjoyed
