Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Encruzzado from Dao, Portugal
Taste Profile: A bright citrus or straw yellow hue. Complex and sophisticated, featuring yellow-fleshed fruits like peach and nectarine, along with floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom. Subtle hints of cedar, resin, and minerals add further depth
Full-bodied with a lively attack and crisp, well-integrated acidity. It showcases the distinctive mineral character typical of the Encruzado grape, balanced by seamless oak integration
Winemaking Process: Fermented in French oak barrels (varying sizes) at 19ºC for approximately 20 days. Approximately 70% of the wine was aged for 6 months in French oak with frequent batonnage (lees stirring) to increase texture and volume.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
