Mirabeau Dry Gin 700ml
A pale pink, botanical-driven Dry Gin born on a Provençal wine estate — proof its founders never do things the ordinary way.
Mirabeau Dry Gin starts with a 100% grape-based neutral spirit, which brings a natural roundness and faint fruitiness most grain gins can't match. Juniper anchors the blend, backed by lemon and coriander for fresh citrus lift, orris and angelica root for earthy depth, and a light hand of rose petal, lavender and jasmine for floral perfume. Bay, thyme and rosemary round it out with a herbaceous finish that never overwhelms. The seven core botanicals macerate for 24 hours before five more delicate additions — including that rose, lavender and jasmine — are suspended in a basket during distillation, keeping their aromatics bright rather than boiled off. Soft enough to sip neat, sharp enough for a proper Martini, and built for a G&T with Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic and a sprig of rosemary.
Maison Mirabeau began in 2009, when British expats Stephen and Jeany Cronk left London for the village of Cotignac in Provence with no winemaking background and barely any French between them. They built their rosé label from scratch by partnering with the region's best growers rather than buying land outright — and when that took off, they turned to Stephen's own heritage for the next act: a London Dry Gin flavoured with the same wild botanicals growing across the Provençal hillsides, distilled in a region as famous for perfume as for wine.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
