Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Malagousia from the island of Crete, Greece
Taste Profile: A pure and expressive take on Malagousia, this golden-hued wine shows gentle turbidity and a striking aromatic profile of citrus, toasted wood, vanilla, and delicate white flowers. On the palate, it’s layered and vibrant, with crisp acidity, subtle astringency, and a long, elegant finish.
Winemaking Process: VꓤƐ is crafted from hand-harvested, organically and biodynamically grown grapes in Plagia. Lightly pressed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks, it’s made without additives, fining, or filtration, and with only a touch of sulfur before bottling. Aged on the lees for 6 months

In 1994 Vagelis Chatzivaritis planted the first 5 hectares vineyard in Bindabla area. Emphasizing the quality of the grapes, soil fertility and environmental protection organic farming was chosen since the first ever plantation.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
