Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast, California. The fruit comes from 3 site - HIrsch, Hellenthal & Heintz Ranch
Taste Profile: Opens with a profusion of Rainier cherries, plums, and red bramble fruits. With air, complex notes of Tahitian vanilla, sarsaparilla, forest floor, and wet river stones emerge. On the palate, soft, round textures and vibrant acidity. Flavors of juicy dark fruit, sweet spice, and flowers are supported by gentle tannins and a long, persistent finish.
Winemaking Process: Fermented in small open-top tanks and aged in French oak (approximately 12% to 28% new, depending on the specific lot)

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
