Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Nebbiolo from Monforte d'Alba in Piedmont, Italy. The fruit comes from a hilly area about 350 meters above sea level, planted on swiss soils, with sand, clay and calcareous marl
Taste Profile: Intense ruby red color with bright, vibrant reflections, softened by subtle hints of violet. It has an intense, ethereal aroma, with a bitterish flavor of licorice, candied roses, and asphalt alongside vinous, warm, and spicy aromas
Winemaking Process: Traditional long maceration method: natural fermentation without added yeasts for up to 40 days in stainless steel tanks
6 months in stainless steel tanks, 30 months in large capacity Slavonian oak barrels (25-35 hl) and subsequent refinement in bottle

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
