Over 200 days of Balkan sunshine, distilled into one soft, creamy white.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Grigio from North Macedonia's Ovče Pole region, where more than 200 days of annual sunshine gives the grapes a perfect balance of ripeness and acidity.
Taste Profile: A straw-yellow hue with green reflections. Clean, delicate and complex on the nose, with white flowers, honey and tropical fruits. Soft, rounded and elegant on the palate, with a distinct body and a pleasing creamy finish.
Winemaking Process: Fermented and finished to preserve the grape's natural aromatics, with careful temperature control to bring out the wine's characteristic softness and creamy texture.
Winemaker: Ezimit was founded in 1991 in the heart of the Ovče Pole region, with its modern winery built in 1994. Still 100% family-owned, it farms over 400 hectares across seven micro-locations and cultivates more than 30 grape varieties, blending centuries of Macedonian winemaking tradition with modern technology.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
