Burgundy ambition, Languedoc address — a fossil-rich limestone hillside producing Chardonnay that punches well above its postcode.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from the Haute Vallée de l'Aude in the Languedoc, southern France — the most highly planted region in the Languedoc for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with limestone soils, high altitude, and a cool freshness that sets it apart. "Turitelles" refers to the marine fossils found in the clay-limestone soils — exceptional conditions for Chardonnay. Vineyard parcels are nestled at 400 metres altitude, where significant temperature variations between night and day, combined with clay-limestone soils, promote slow and complete maturation — giving rise to aromatic, fresh wines of real character
Taste Profile: A pretty golden yellow colour with silver highlights and fine brilliance introduces a highly expressive nose where the fruit of the grape is fully preserved — identifiable notes of white flowers lend an elegant aromatic profile. The palate is delicate, fresh, and very fruity, full of roundness and balance, giving this cuvée a lovely complexity. Light to medium body, creamy and layered with orchard fruits — pear, green apple, and an underlying creamy texture. Best served well chilled as an aperitif, or alongside seafood, shellfish, goat's cheese, or light summer salads
Winemaking Process: Crafted using sustainable practices on the estate's 100-hectare property, with the winemaking philosophy firmly rooted in the Burgundian tradition of the founders. Due to the age of the vines and the spacing of the plants, yields are extremely low — often less than those of comparable appellations — concentrating flavour and giving the wine a depth rare at this price point. The wine is vinified to preserve freshness and varietal character, with no heavy oak treatment, keeping the focus squarely on the fruit and terroir

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
