Casa Lupo Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore 2020
Grape Varietals & Region: A classic blend of Corvina, Corvinone & Rondinella, the fruit cames from vineyards in Valpolicella, located at an altitude of 450 meters above the see level and is made by the alteration of calcareous-fossilifere formations, in particular the red flake and biancone marble
Taste Profile: Intense red color with garnet reflections. Bouquet recalls red berries like currants and blackberries, with hints of violet, plum and spices. In mouth we can find fresh notes of red berries. Velvety, delicate and balanced tannins
Winemaking Process: The Valpolicella, before aging, is macerated a second time on the skins of the Amarone just drawn and left to rest for about 15-20 days. Then a maturation in oak barrels for 18 months takes place. Follows ageing in bottle that lasts until optimal maturity.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
