Description
Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé
Liquified romance with subtle and gourmet aromas. The ideal partner as an aperitif or with red fruit desserts!
Radiant pale pink with glints of gold and fine bubbles. Elegant and delicate bouquet of raspy red berries and zesty citrus fruits. Light flavours of strawberries, grapefruit, sweet brioche, white peach and red apple on the palate. Fresh finish with a raspberry taste.
The production secrets and vinification method of this cuvée go back to the origins of the House of Billecart-Salmon and have been handed down for seven generations. A blend of 40% Chardonnay sourced from the best Crus in the Champagne region, 30% Pinot Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne and the southern slopes of Epernay, and 30% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne vinified as red wine. Vinification in stainless steel and aged on lees for 3 years.
