A lightly extracted Grenache from two Jura natives who fell for wine as kids playing in their families' tiny personal-use plots.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Grenache from the Jura, France.
Taste Profile: Light in colour but with a powerful nose and palate. A grippy sensation carries cherries, strawberries, menthol, licorice and minerality — a balanced, refreshing wine perfect for casual drinking.
Winemaking Process: Light extraction.
Winemaker: Géraud and Pauline Fromont, both native Jurassians from agricultural rather than winemaking families, met while studying winemaking in Dijon and founded Domaine des Marnes Blanches on their return to the Jura in 2006, farming organically (Ecocert-certified) from the very start. The estate takes its name from the white marl (marnes blanches) soil of their first vineyard in Cesancey, and today covers 10 hectares, some vines nearly a century old, spread across Cesancey, Vincelles and Ste-Agnès in the southern Côtes du Jura AOC.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
