Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier & Pinot Noir from Champagne, France. This wine is a blend of crus from all of Pouillon’s holdings across the grand cru of Aÿ and throughout the Vallée de la Marne and the Montagne de Reims
Taste Profile: Terroir driven wines with high-toned aromatics, fresh acidity, and incredible length. These are wines that are light on their feet yet possess depth and intensity that continually unfold with each sip.
Winemaking Process: The fruit is fermented with native yeasts, half in neutral barrique and half fermented in enameled tank. Elevage continues a minimum of 6-8 months before the wine is is blended with the previous vintage and the "perpetual cuvée" to be re-fermented in bottle utilizing unfermented grape juice from the same vineyards as its sugar source

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
